Refund policy

We regrettably do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of the items. Since most of the items are fragile, they cannot be returned nor be exchanged. For products that are defective or damaged during shipping, we make sure that they will be taken cared of by our customer support so please contact us and we will work on reshipping your item/s.

Different issues may occur during the shipping process. We make sure that all the items shipped are inspected so if you received a damaged item, please be sure to send us photo/s of the damaged/defective item including:

1. A Clear overall image of the glassware that is broken.

2. Close up of the part that is broken

3. Clear photo encapsulating both the break and the personalisation on the glassware.

4. A clear photo of the packaging

within 48 hours upon receipt of the item and once your email has been received we will investigate this and contact you within 7 days of receipt to ask any further questions or to arrange a replacement. It is against the law to post broken glass - please do not send this back to us. We ask that you kindly dispose of it safely.  

We are unable to accept the claim after 7 days from the date of the delivery. The same applies to any issue or missing items.
